We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, experienced and highly motivated IRS Business Support Officer for the Independent Reviewing Service, within Children and Family Services.
The Independent Reviewing Service organises Child Protection Conferences, Child Looked After Care Reviews and Local Authority Designated Officer Meetings. The post holder would be expected to collate paperwork and reports for meetings. To cover a busy and challenging front of house reception desk liaising with service users and professionals. They would be expected to work as part of a team working at a fast pace, working with highly sensitive information and abiding by Data Protection guidelines, meeting statutoty deadlines.
The post holder will have extensive experience in the use of Microsoft Office, will have the experience and the abilty to minute meetings of a confidential nature and will be able to communicate with a variety of different people usiing different communicaton methods.
