About the Role You will carry out joinery work on domestic properties, including new installations and repairs. Working to specifications and reports, you will collaborate with your supervisor and scheduler to meet deadlines whilst focusing on cost‑efficiency and delivering value to customers. Your tasks include: Completing work to the highest quality standards while protecting customers’ homes and belongings. Organising your schedule in partnership with a supervisor. Liaising with colleagues and clients to ensure excellent service. Supporting KPIs, maintaining professionalism, and completing required documentation. Supervising or training apprentices when required. Following Health & Safety guidelines and the Group’s policies. Completing a satisfactory Basic DBS check. Essential Criteria NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent, or prove competencies through employment history. Valid driving licence. More About You You must be technically competent with a City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 qualification or relevant experience. You will need to work to strict deadlines and high quality standards, undertake multi‑skilling tasks, and communicate effectively. You should be willing to learn software‑based systems after training and be IT literate or ready to learn. Benefits Competitive salary with annual review. Company van with fuel card.
