Team Leader | Full time | Customer Access – Homes for Ukraine Scheme | Accrington, Lancashire This role is offered by Lancashire County Council. Salary is £36,363 – £40,777 per annum. Working hours are 37 hours per week. It is a fixed‑term, full‑time position under the Customer Access – Homes for Ukraine Scheme in Accrington, Lancashire. Responsibilities Lead and line‑manage a team of Customer Service Advisors within the Homes for Ukraine Team. Support a mixed team of English and Ukrainian nationals, adopting an adaptive and supportive management style. Develop knowledge of resettlement schemes in the UK (training will be provided). Collaborate closely with the Service Manager and the Lancashire Refugee Integration Team. This position has become available due to the retirement of the previous post holder; any extensions will be subject to funding. Hours of Work Opening hours are from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday to Friday (excluding all Public Bank Holidays).
