An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Document Management Service within Lancashire County Council.

**The Team**:
**The Role**:
The role involves using specific software to process the information, and we are looking for people with good ICT skills who are comfortable using a wide range of software to help us ensure that statutory and legislative obligations are met.

Given the size of the team and workloads there are two team leaders managing the team, which means you will be working alongside another Team Leader, managing the daily workload and the team directly.

**About You**:
No two days are the same here and being able to work under pressure and re-prioritise the work of your own and others to meet deadlines is essential. If you are a forward thinker and can think on your feet, this job is for you

This role involves direct line management for a large team, and good people management skills and experience are essential. Our Service enables change, and there are opportunities to solve problems, and to work with customers to develop and change working practices.

This role is usually based at County Hall, Preston, however does involve hybrid working from home.
