Package Salary & Hours £30,887 FTE 44 hours per week Employee Benefits Full-time employees receive 28 days of annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), increasing to 33 days after 5 years of service. Annual leave is pro-rated for part-time or alternative working arrangements. Prioritise Customer Satisfaction – You work closely with your management team colleagues to identify customer service needs, communicating these priorities to the team, and ensuring all members contribute to delivering outstanding service and maintaining a safe, welcoming store environment. Drive Store Success – You understand and support the execution of daily performance goals and play a key role in achieving targets and store presentation.
