The Investment Analyst will be responsible for evaluating, analysing, and supporting investment opportunities across a range of logistics real estate assets. Qualifications Strong understanding of Investments and Portfolio Management Proficiency in Finance and Financial Modeling Excellent Analytical Skills for data evaluation and decision-making Ability to think strategically and provide actionable insights Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in an investment or financial analysis role is a plus Key Responsibilities Investment Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis, underwriting, and due diligence for potential acquisitions, developments, and dispositions across the European logistics sector. Financial Modelling: Build, maintain, and refine financial models to assess investment returns, sensitivities, and capital structures. Market Research: Perform in-depth research on European real estate and logistics markets, monitoring trends, risks, and emerging opportunities. Transaction Support: Assist in the preparation of Investment Committee materials, approval papers, and presentations for senior management. Portfolio Insights: Collaborate with the Asset Management and Finance Teams to analyse existing investments, assess performance, and identify value‑enhancement opportunities. Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, support reporting requirements, and produce ad‑hoc analyses for management and investors. Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across investment, asset management, finance, and legal teams, as well as external advisors, consultants, and brokers. Stakeholder Communication: Present findings and recommendations in a clear and persuasive manner to senior leadership and investment partners. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree, CFA, or other relevant professional qualification is a plus. Experience: 2–5 years of experience in investment analysis, real estate, infrastructure, or related financial roles. Exposure to logistics assets is preferred but not essential. Languages: Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of one or more European languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian) is a strong advantage. Technical Skills: Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; familiarity with valuation techniques and investment underwriting. Experience with BI or analytics tools is beneficial. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the capability to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations. Analytical Skills: Strong problem‑solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, transaction‑driven environment. Professionalism: Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and high professional standards. Real Estate Experience: Knowledge of UK and European logistics real estate markets is highly advantageous. Commercial Acumen: Ability to understand investment drivers and identify value creation opportunities. Strategic Thinking: Aptitude for assessing risks and opportunities in a broader economic and market context. Collaboration: Strong team player who can work effectively across teams and with external partners. Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to evolving business needs and market conditions. Communication: Confident in presenting analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders. The Investment Analyst will operate in a dynamic and international environment, requiring adaptability and a proactive approach. The role may involve occasional travel within Europe to support transactions, meet with stakeholders, and conduct site visits.
