Investment Analyst – Bupa, Angel Court, London We’re making health happen by helping people live longer, healthier, happier lives and making a better world. As an Investment Analyst, you’ll support our financial strategy and investment oversight across global operations. Key Responsibilities Produce monthly flash reports on investment income and other financial metrics. Build and maintain monthly investment forecasts with variance analysis. Support the annual planning cycle for investment portfolios. Analyse performance across asset classes. Prepare risk analyses and reports for investment and risk committees. Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis. Research market and their impact on BGIUK entities. Maintain relationships with internal teams and external asset managers. Monitor regulatory environments and ensure capital adequacy. Draft and update local investment policies. Attend investment committee meetings and support material preparation. Assist senior leaders with ad‑hoc projects and strategic initiatives. Required Qualifications Solid understanding of fixed income and cash instruments. Fully qualified or working towards an accountancy qualification – essential. Experience producing financial reports and investment forecasts. Familiarity with IFRS or local GAAP and impact on financial statements. Exposure to investment risk, capital modelling and Solvency II. Experience in financial markets and insurance – desirable. Strong judgement and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and a professional approach.
