Investment Analyst – Credo Join to apply for the Investment Analyst role at CREDO We are looking for a motivated Investment Analyst to join our multi‑asset team, which evaluates and allocates to external investment managers. Location Hybrid 8‑12 York Gate, 100 Marylebone Road, London, NW1 5DX Job type Full time / Permanent / Hybrid Start date ASAP (January 2026, preferably) Skills & Requirements A degree in a quantitative or analytical field such as finance, economics, mathematics, or engineering. Strong analytical ability and comfort working with data and statistical concepts. Clear, structured writing skills and the ability to present in a professional manner. High attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to challenge assumptions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Excel; experience with Python, or similar analytical tools is advantageous. Familiarity with FactSet. >1–2 years of relevant experience, though strong graduates will be considered. Key Responsibilities Support the evaluation and ongoing monitoring of external managers across traditional and alternative asset classes. Analyse performance, portfolio characteristics, risk exposures, and the drivers of manager returns. Contribute to an evidence‑based selection process by gathering, cleaning, and interpreting data. Prepare clear written research notes, recommendations, and presentations for investment committees and internal stakeholders. Assist with improving the research process, including the development of analytical tools used for investment analysis and monitoring. Providing ad‑hoc assistance to relationship managers and members of the investment team.
