The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing prospect's travel and expense data in order to understand the revenue opportunity. You will use Excel and Google Slides extensively to create a slide deck and present the analysis to clients.What You'll Do:Collect, clean and analyze travel and expense data from prospect customersWork across global teams and segmented sales teams to run analysis and presentationsCreate presentation of value savings with clear and concise visualizations of data and insightsManaging financial calculators to determine business value of high priority sales dealsSupport deals through middle and bottom of opportunity funnelPresent the analysis to managers, directors, and executives at prospects’ companies and handle objectionsArbitrate critical data points related to opportunities between pre and post sales teamsManage a queue of inbound tickets and prioritize them based on predefined logicAdhere to SLA to ensure meeting requirements for internal and external customersCommunicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersImplement feedback from internal experts and identify opportunities for process improvement to ensure consistency globallyWhat We're Looking For:2-3 years experience working with large data sets and synthesizing actional insightsStrong analytical skills and attention to detail in working with financial dataIntermediate to advanced skills with excel, google sheets and Google Slides is a mustExcellent problem-framing, problem solving and project management skills, willingness to be flexible and adapt to changeWillingness to do repetitive tasks while consistently meeting a high bar of qualityExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to present in front of executives and handle objectionsStrong analytical and creative problem solving skills, preferably with experience in financial modelingStrong business acumen: ability to approach complex business problems in a structured way and drive rapidly towards insightBS/MS in STEM or quantitative field (CS, Applied Statistics, Operations Research, Engineering) or BS/MBA in Finance, Economics, Business AnalyticsExperience in B2B SaaS, Finance, or FP&A is a plusExperience with SQL a plus, but not requiredPrior work experience in consultingMotivated individual with a passion for financial analysis and enjoy presenting insights and working heavily with our sales team, we encourage you to apply for this position.Navan is the leading all-in-one business travel and expense management solution that makes travel easy for frequent travelers.
