Role Summary : Were looking for a detail-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst to join our agile RevOps this role youll support the smooth running of our commercial operations by setting up customer accounts managing data across our tech stack resolving queries and driving process improvements. This is a great opportunity for someone commercially minded curious and eager to learn in a fast-paced SaaS environment. This is a hybrid position in our London UK office with the expectation to work from the office up to 3 days a week. This role has the option to work hybrid throughout the week or fully in office. What Youll be Doing : Review order forms in Salesforce and set-up clients for the approved products in the Patsnap provisioning system (Backoffice) Be responsible for system management and data verification by checking amending updating information in all our Tech stack Help to investigate and draft new processesor process updates Resolve Cases which can be any query / task raised within Patsnap or by a client Share ideas and work with all members of the team and wider organisation to constantly seek to add value and improve the work of Revenue Operations Support any other projects or data analysis as requested by your manager About You : Commercially minded and can manage / prioritise key tasks in a fast-paced environment Ideally 1 year experience at a SaaS company working on data / systems but open to anyone willing to roll up their sleeves and learn Previous use of excel any CRM or Tech Stack tools would be an advantage Attention to detail checking a variety of information for accuracy Problem solving skills Open-minded willing to learn and take on new challenges as the Tech landscape in constantly changing What Youll Love : 25 days annual leave allowance bank holidays (Additional time off based on service up to a maximum of 5 extra days) 2 company paid volunteering days Eyecare voucher scheme Private healthcare with Bupa Healthcare Private pension with Scottish Widows Parental leave policies Perkbox benefit scheme we aim to reward our Patsnappers for all their hard work as much as we can.
