Skills And Expertise We Value Technical Expertise Experience with high-throughput DNA sequencing technologies Proficiency in molecular diagnostic techniques Knowledge of nucleic acid-based assays Laboratory automation experience Quality control and assurance in clinical settings Professional Qualifications Degree in relevant scientific discipline (BSc, MSc, or PhD) HCPC registration (highly valued) Experience in ISO 15189, CAP, or other accredited clinical laboratories Background in clinical assay development and validation Core Competencies Meticulous attention to detail and quality standards Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent documentation and procedure writing skills Ability to work in a regulated environment Effective communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with laboratory information systems and Microsoft Office suite Our Laboratory Environment Our team works in a collaborative, innovation-focused environment where continuous improvement is encouraged.
