We’re now looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to support our recruitment activities at McCann Manchester and our sister agency Momentum. Armbands optional.

**The Part You’ll Play**

Supporting our Talent Acquisition team, specific duties will include:

- Supporting our Graduate and Trainee recruitment programmes including attending university open days / employer events, screening applicants and attending assessment centres.
- Promoting our opportunities across Social Media and online job boards.
- Playing an active role in our Inclusion and Diversity programme, ensuring our recruitment process is fair, inclusive and flexible to the needs of the applicant
- Coordinating work experience and sandwich placement opportunities within the agency.
- Providing administrative support to the hiring process.

**As Talent Acquisition Executive You’ll Bring**

Required:

- Customer service / Stakeholder management experience.
- Administration experience within a HR or Recruitment function.
- Genuine interest in developing a career in Talent Acquisition

Highly regarded:

- Previous experience within a Recruitment, Resourcing or Talent function.
- Experience writing job adverts or recruitment related social media content.
- A genuine interest in the Digital, Marketing and Creative sector - experience recruiting roles within this sector would be a distinct advantage.
