Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Implementation Support Engineer – Oracle We’re looking for a customer‑centric Implementation Support Engineer to deliver post‑sales technical and functional support for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP to UK Government clients. The role requires strong problem‑solving skills, a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle E‑Business Suite, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Role Overview As a Fusion Cloud ERP Implementation Support Engineer, you will: Resolve complex post‑sales technical and functional issues directly with customers. Serve as the primary point of contact, facilitating relationships with Support, Product Management, XLOB, and Oracle internal teams. Offer strategic support, leveraging automated tools and instrumentation to diagnose, document and resolve customer problems. Assist customers with day‑to‑day queries, create extensions and enrichments, support cloud migration, manage release activities for quarterly releases, and help teams meet key business KPIs. Background & Qualifications 3+ years experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP or 5+ years experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle EBS ERP. Eligibility for UK Government Security Clearance; British Nationality required. Minimum 5 years UK residency to meet UK Security Vetting (SC) requirements. Full understanding of UK ERP legislation. Experience applying and testing Oracle Updates. Strong experience in proving support, configuration and extension services activities. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Ability to work with multiple teams and independently as required. Hands‑on experience supporting, integrating and extending Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. Expertise in configuring, optimizing applications and performance tuning techniques. Additional Information We also work with Fusion SaaS components such as OIC, EPM, SCM, PPM, HCM, and Payroll.
