Role Description

This is a remote permanent role for Oracle Cloud Payroll Consultant. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing expert consultation and implementation support for Oracle HCM systems, UK Payroll and Fusion platforms. Daily tasks will include configuring HCM ,Payroll solutions, addressing client-specific needs such as workforce deployment and compensation management, supporting data migration, and ensuring seamless integration across modules. The consultant will also deliver tailored localizations, upgrades, and enhancements aligned with client goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Human Capital Management, Payroll systems implementation
  • Strong UK Payroll knowledge and configuring Oracle Cloud Payroll system
  • Experience with Employee Benefits and Consulting in the context of Oracle HCM solutions
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll
  • UK Payroll HMRC rules legislation understanding
  • Proficiency in data migration tools such as File-Based Loader and PYLOAD
  • Ability to deliver European and international localizations for workforce systems
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in Private,public sector HR/Payroll implementations is a plus
