Support Worker (St Osyth) TLC – part of the ivolve Group Location: St Osyth, Clacton on Sea, CO16 8HB Shifts: Full-time, 42 hours per week, Monday–Sunday on a rota basis Pay Rate: £12.50–£12.76 per hour (depending on qualifications) Requirements: A UK driving licence is required for this role. Empower them to flourish in a place they call home and live fulfilled lives. Provide high‑quality, person‑centred support. Engage in activities such as cooking, art, music, movie nights and food outings. Deliver practical support including medication management, shopping, health needs, hygiene and maintaining a safe environment. Follow procedures to ensure consistent, safe and reliable care. Essential Skills and Experience Good general education. Honesty, reliability, trustworthiness and a passion to make a difference. Commitment to the aims and objectives of the home and of ivolve. Valid Police Check and check against the ISA List where applicable. Commitment to undertake training and development. Desirable Skills RQF Level 2 or above in social care. Previous experience within a social care setting. Knowledge and commitment regarding Equal Opportunities. Knowledge of the regulatory frameworks. Confident IT user.
