**What you will be doing**
You will join an inclusive, supportive team that works well together to provide care to people with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism. Whether you have experience as a Support Worker or Care Worker, you will use your knowledge and skills to help support peoplelead a valued and fulfilled life.
It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve; being able to do something today that they couldn’t do last week because of you.
You will have access to the Elysium Wellbeing team, which is on hand to keep you feeling great; be it a chat, massage or group activities. Who doesn’t like a free massage at work?

The shift patterns include working nights and weekends, 12.5 hours a day, 3-4 days a week.
**Where you will be working**
**Location**: Asher House, Third Avenue, Walton On The Naze, CO14 8JU
Asher House consists of six bespoke, single-person apartments within a registered care setting with 24-hour nursing support.
It provides a robust environment and high-intensity care model which is designed to support people who have a Learning Disability & Autism with highly complex needs and behaviours. This includes service users who may be stepping down from the hospital or whosecommunity placements have broken down.
**What you will get**
