Job Title: Support Worker or Senior Support Worker
Location: Essex
Pay Rate: £ £14.90 Per hour dependent on grade and experience (Sleep-in Allowance additional if required)
Hours: 37 per week

We are currently working with a range of charities and private organisations to find individuals such as yourself to work within Children's Residential, Domiciliary, Neuro and a range of other specialism as a Support or Senior Support Worker
If this sounds like you, Liquid Personnel would love for you to join its client as a Senior Support Worker in Essex and the surrounding areas playing a key role in delivering high-quality care and support.

What will your responsibilities be?
- Support individuals with complex needs in a person-centred, engaging way
- Assist the Team Leader with staff supervision and development
- Manage service rotas and contribute to support package planning and delivery
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service operations
- Participate in shared on-call rota and work evenings/weekends as needed

Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or NVQ Level 1/2/3 desirable and essential for some roles
- Care Driver
- Significant experience supporting people with complex needs
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
