The Role: As a Change Manager you will join a team based at RAF Waddington Lincolnshire being responsible for overseeing and managing the day to day implementation and management of the change management process. Day-to-day you will be ensuring that changes to the IT infrastructure and services are executed smoothly minimising disruptions and adhering to ITIL best practice. Your responsibilities will include: Applying an ITIL best practice for change management following established workflows and operating procedures Ensuring that all process and policy documentation is maintained under document control delivering consistent and high quality service to the customer Collaborating with team members and contributing towards service improvement opportunities Producing management information to all stakeholders of the supported applications / products and services Producing reports and ensuring all standards and regulatory compliance practices are adhered to Updating training creating awareness and publicising new change management capabilities Essential experience of the Change Manager: Strong customer service experience with strong administration skills Previous experience of Continuous Service Improvement and Change Management A good understanding of reporting and analytics skills that provide clear insights ITIL 4 Foundation Strong service delivery skills and relationship management skills Essential qualifications for the Change Manager: We value difference and we dont have a fixed idea when it comes to background or education provided you can show the required level of experience and willingness to learn then we would like to hear from you. This role is 37 hours per week based at Lincoln and is fully on-site.
