Join us as Change Manager at our Lincoln site, where you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in partnership with some of the most brilliant minds.The RoleAs a Change Manager you will join a team based at RAF Waddington, Lincolnshire being responsible for overseeing and managing the day to day implementation and management of the change management process.Day-to-day, you will be ensuring that changes to the IT infrastructure and services are executed smoothly, minimising disruptions and adhering to ITIL best practice.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeApplying an ITIL best practice for change management following established workflows and operating proceduresEnsuring that all process and policy documentation is maintained under document control delivering consistent and high quality service to the customerCollaborating with team members and contributing towards service improvement opportunitiesProducing management information to all stakeholders of the supported applications/products and servicesProducing reports and ensuring all standards and regulatory compliance practices are adhered toUpdating training, creating awareness and publicising new change management capabilitiesEssential Experience Of The Change ManagerStrong customer service experience with strong administration skillsPrevious experience of Continuous Service Improvement and Change ManagementA good understanding of reporting and analytics skills that provide clear insightsITIL 4 FoundationStrong service delivery skills and relationship management skillsEssential Qualifications For The Change ManagerWe value difference and we don’t have a fixed idea when it comes to background or education, provided you can show the required level of experience and willingness to learn then we would like to hear from you.This role is 37 hours per week based at Lincoln and is fully on-site.Lincoln The Lincoln facility is integral to advancing defence technology and providing innovative solutions to meet the demands of modern military operations.
