This role will be pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making through the integration and utilisation of SAP, Power BI, and Crystal Reports. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, and other key business functions to ensure cohesive data strategy and reporting alignment.Key Responsibilities:Lead the centralisation of data analytics across the organisation, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and accessibility of business insights.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Crystal Reports, with data sourced primarily from SAP.Translate business requirements into analytical solutions, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders.Partner with Sales and Engineering teams to understand their reporting needs and deliver actionable insights that support business growth and operational efficiency.Standardise data definitions and reporting formats to ensure a single source of truth across the organisation.Train and support end-users in the use of reporting tools and interpretation of analytics outputs.Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements within reporting workflows.Ensure data governance and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelors’ Degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field.Proven Hands-on experience (5+ years) in an analytics, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.Strong hands-on expertise in SAP & Power BI.Solid understanding of business processes within manufacturing, sales, and engineering functions.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to translate complex data into compelling business narratives.Strong project management and organisational skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with SQL, DAX, or similar query languages.Background in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).Experience leading analytics transformation or centralisation projects.Strong hands-on expertise in Crystal Reports.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesStaffing and Recruiting #J-18808-Ljbffr
