As a Financial Crime Analytics Officer, you will be part of an experienced and knowledgeable Financial Crime Analytics team, encompassed within the wider Financial Crime Operations team. You will provide support on a number of key tasks that are required to help with the efficiency of the Operation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Performing quantitative analysis and customer insights analytics to inform financial crime strategy.
- Using statistical techniques, create and evolve management information reporting, working closely with senior stakeholders to define metrics to be tracked.
- Creating and managing trend analysis to improve efficiency and identify emerging risks
- seen across the Financial Crime Operations department.
- Managing team requests for data by identifying appropriate data sources to assist with operational decision making

**Requirements**:

- Experience of working within a Financial Crime Operation or Financial Crime Analytics function.
- Superior analytical, critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience using SQL.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
