Insurance Broker Business Development ManagerThis is an exciting opportunity to join this established and highly regarded Insurer, being a pivotal role within the business.Responsible for managing the delivery of agreed sales targets within a specified region(s) via the sales, marketing and distribution of the panel of Product Providers contributing to the overall Divisional targets.This is a field sales role, whereby the individual will be visiting and selling to UK general insurance brokers on a face to face basis across a prescribed region.Key responsibilities include:Manage revenue growth and deliver sales targets within an assigned region(s)Maximise product sales within an assigned region(s)Identify and deliver areas for growth within an assigned region(s)Plan and execute sales, marketing and distribution activities within an assigned region(s)Deliver the agreed distribution requirements with an assigned region(s)Maintain contact with to ensure high levels of client satisfactionMaintain a solid understanding of the entire product rangeUndertake broker visits 3 days per weekMaintain and develop client relationships: Brokers and Product ProvidersUpdate the core system with appropriate data relating to clients and business activitiesComplete all development tasks on time and to a high standardAttend events as and when required promoting the businessKeep abreast of competitor activityChampion the brand visions and values and represent the company in a professional mannerControl individual and assigned region(s) expenses to meet budget guidelinesDeliver agreed ad-hoc projects and reports within a specified timeAdhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codesAn attractive salary and benefits package is offered for the successful individual.If you feel you have the relevant experience for this position then please submit your CV for consideration to the Hiring Manager. #J-18808-Ljbffr
