We are working with a major Broker who is recruiting for Insurance Technicians to join their expanding Division to service their Reinsurance clients.

**Because of their growth they have opportunities in many of their teams, so your general Insurance and Claims knowledge will enable you to develop into their Reinsurance business.**

As an Insurance Technician you will support your client base through Insurance activity processing, securing reinsurance recoveries and through timely and accurate system entry.

**This role is available on a hybrid basis, offering home working for 2-3 days, with the other days based in the office.**

**As an Insurance Technician your responsibilities will include**:

- Manage your client portfolio, taking full responsibility of your client accounts, premiums and claims.
- Assess and submit client and/or reinsurer presentation materials and communications
- Work with credit control to assist with collection of funds
- Manage all brokerage receivables, funding, retention, e-trading, post booking receipt, payment of funds and all process steps
- Resolve issues, problems and queries

**To be a successful Insurance Technician you will demonstrate**:

- Experience of working within an Insurance technical role
- Successful handling of workload with an ability to manage expectations of all clients and stakeholders
- Ability to engage with clients, market contacts and colleagues in a professional manner
