The role involves providing on-site assistance on assurance assignments, ensuring clients receive a quality service in all aspects. As an Assistant Manager, you will be a key part of Assurance teams undertaking assignments, including opportunities to lead the on-site element of the work.You’ll make an impact by:Driving audit engagements and ensuring compliance with standards.Mentoring junior staff and enhancing team performance.Leading client interactions and delivering exceptional service.Identifying and resolving audit issues proactively and streamlining processes for improved efficiency and quality.What we are looking for:Are you someone who thrives on variety, loves learning new things, and enjoys connecting with people?
