Audit Manager Finance Location: Kingston Upon Thames, London, United Kingdom Scope: Global Reports to: Global Audit Finance Lead Join a high‑performing team, explore the Unilever organisation and strengthen its risk & control environment. Our Corporate Audit team is diverse, global and forward‑looking, dedicated to delivering timely, high‑quality assurance on key risks that could impact Unilever’s purpose. Key Accountabilities Auditing: Deliver high‑quality audits by evaluating the design and operational effectiveness of controls across multiple functional areas and business units. Finance Knowledge Network: Liaise with Centres of Excellence on audit findings, discuss root causes, identify best practices and internal/external benchmarking, and bring in‑depth finance knowledge to audit teams. Strategic Priorities: Develop and execute workplans and initiatives that align with Corporate Audit priorities and industry developments. Self and Team Development: Commit to a future‑fit development plan, proactively contribute to others’ growth, and foster a high‑performing team culture. Skills and Experience Requirements Unquestionable ethics and integrity with an awareness of Corporate Audit expectations. Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize data into concise findings. Clear reasoning – able to see the big picture while diving into details. Problem‑solving skills with reliable, objective judgments. Strategic influencing – able to influence at all organisational levels. Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent in spoken and written English. Solid finance skills with cross‑functional understanding. Digitally savvy and results‑oriented. Mature self‑starter, capable of working independently and in teams. Self‑confident and resilient. Key Relationships GCAD (Global Corporate Audit Department) Centres of Excellence / Process Owners Travel Around 40‑50% travel worldwide, generally structured as a three‑week travel audit within a five‑week sprint. Location The new sustainable campus at Kingston, London, will house employees from 100 Victoria Embankment and Lever House. The campus is slated for completion in 2026.
