We are seeking a committed and compassionate Pastoral Co-ordinator to join our inclusive and forward-thinking secondary school in Tower Hamlets. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is dedicated to improving students' wellbeing, behaviour, and engagement - ensuring that every young person feels supported, valued, and ready to learn. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day pastoral support for students, ensuring their welfare and wellbeing are prioritised. Work closely with Heads of Year, the Safeguarding and SEN teams, and external agencies to provide early intervention and targeted support. Monitor attendance, punctuality, and behaviour data to identify students in need of additional support. Build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff to promote a positive school culture. Support restorative approaches, mentoring, and behaviour management strategies across the school. We're Looking For Someone Who Has experience working with young people in an educational, pastoral, or safeguarding capacity. Demonstrates excellent communication, empathy, and organisational skills. Is proactive, resilient, and committed to promoting the emotional wellbeing of students. Can work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and maintain confidentiality at all times.
