This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Smithy Croft, our Retirement Living Scheme in Heald Green Stockport. As an RLS Administrator/Assistant, your role will include essential administration tasks, but this is also a customer facing role providing opportunities to make a real difference to our customers’ lives. What will my working week look like? You will be based onsite at Smithy Croft, Heald Green Stockport. Your work hours will be 24hrs per week, Mondays to Thursdays 12pm – 5pm and Fridays 1pm-5pm. What will I be responsible for doing? As part of the Smithy Croft team, in addition to admin tasks you will provide support and signposting to our customers and support the wider team to ensure the smooth running of the Scheme, promoting a friendly, vibrant community enabling customers at Smithy Croft to live independently. One of the wonderful things about this role is the variety, no two days will be the same Customer support is key to this role - you will be the face of the organisation, and often the first-person dealing face to face with customers and external partners.
