BDS are currently recruiting for a Sheltered Housing Advisor for a retirement living service based in the Stockport Area.

We are looking for someone with a friendly and happy demeanour to be the first point of contact for the residents of the service.

Speaking with the residents daily
Signposting information on other services, in and around the area.
Checking the property for any repairs and reporting these as required,
Overseeing the service to ensure the smooth running.
Involving the residents in activities within the service
Arranging activities for the residents of the service, fish and chip nights, scrabble nights or even a game of cards,
Health and safety checks and fire alarm panel checks,

Previous Housing experience preferred, managing tenancies and void propertied etc
Easy to approach and be able to chat easily with residents

We can off the position on a full and part time basis but they would both require you to be a driver with access to a vehicle

This is a temporary ongoing role to start ASAP on a part time basis
- we can offer from 20 hours per week

Rate of pay is £11.21ph PAYE- £13.12ph UMB

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £11.21-£13.12 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Work Location: One location
