Saving Babies Lives Care Administrator

The post holder will be responsible for providing a comprehensive, efficient, and professional administrative service to the Saving Babies lives team.
Assist the Lead Midwife for Saving babies lives, with the implementation of the Saving Babies Lives Care Bundle v3 (SBLCB) and subsequent SBLCB. The post holder will be required to create and maintain audit and training spreadsheets.
The post holder has responsibility for the administration and data input of specific patient details onto maternity digital systems.
The post holder will be expected to liaise with clinical and administrative staff whilst providing support to the Saving babies lives lead midwife and Midwifery leads for each element.

employers. We provide hospital and community services for
the people of Stockport, as well serving the populations of
East Cheshire and the High Peak in North Derbyshire.
- To maintain meticulous and comprehensive patient demographical and local/National/Regional audit Programme
- To accurately input, scrutinise and be responsible for identifying data input errors and correcting such data, as input by all levels of clinical staff. This is essential in order to reflect the quality of care and performance at a national level aiding with benchmarking with other hospitals, as required by NHS England
- To work with discretion and confidentiality when dealing with patient data or information.
- To ensure that admission details for all women have been accurately completed and input, by clinical staff, on all relevant electronic systems within a timely manner.
- To use own initiative and judgement to solve administrative and electronic system problems using previous knowledge and experience.
