We are recruiting for a Live In Care CAREGiver to join our team based in Stockport.

The Live In Care CAREGiver will provide a variety of non-medical services to support our Clients to remain independent in their own home. The Care Giver will help clients and their families meet the challenges of aging with dignity, pride, care and compassion.

The Live In Care CAREGiver will also promote Home Instead as an employer of choice in the local community.

As a Live In Care CAREGiver you will live in a client's home and provide a variety of non-medical services to help them keep independent in their own home.

Responsibilities as our Live In Care CAREGiver:

- Contributing to a positive living environment to enhance a client’s quality of life
- Documenting daily activities and report any significant changes in a client’s needs or living conditions
- Maintaining regular communication with line manager and office staff
- Participating in company sponsored training and social events including CAREGiver meetings
- Completing tasks for and with the client to include activities such as personal care, housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and most importantly, companionship

**Qualifications**:
Experience and qualifications required as our Live In Care CAREGiver:

All roles are for drivers with full license and access to their own vehicle
- You do not need any experience or formal qualifications to become a CAREGiver
- Excellent communication skills
- your own life experiences and transferable skills alongside reliability, trustworthiness and respect for others will allow you to build professional friendships

Additional Information
As a Live In Care CAREGiver, you will be provided with 3 meals a day or an allowance from the client, a separate room to stay and access to a TV and WiFi.
