You’ll be instrumental in shaping outcomes for the Local Authority, representing its position in assessments and disputes, and supporting the wider Adult Social Care (ASC) workforce. Working closely with ASC colleagues, the CHC Team ensures high-quality assessments are carried out in line with the CHC Framework making sure those eligible for funding receive it at the right time. You will be required to work from the office a couple of times a week, depending on your role and team requirements.About youYou’ll be confident in applying the CHC Framework and bring a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to evidence-based decision-making. You’ll be ready to be a key voice in shaping outcomes and driving positive change.To be eligible, you must:Be a qualified Social Worker (holding a social work degree or equivalent)Be registered with Social Work EnglandHold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicleYou’ll be a natural communicator, comfortable working independently and collaboratively. You’ll bring your knowledge of legislation, statutory guidance, and the CHC Framework to support adults and their families in a meaningful way.
