Are you an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner looking to make a real impact in a dynamic and fast-paced emergency setting? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ACP to join our Emergency Department (ED) team, working predominately within our Children's Emergency Department. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of emergency care, playing a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care in a busy and diverse environment. If you are passionate about emergency medicine and want to be part of a forward-thinking, patient-focused team, we would love to hear from you The AP will be expected to practice across the four pillars of Advanced Practice: Clinical, Leadership and Management and Research. They will fulfil the expectations and capabilities outlined in the Multi-Professional Framework for Advanced Clinical Practice in England. An established/qualified AP will deliver patient-centred care with a high degree of autonomy, independent assessment and clinical decision-making.
