You’ll contribute to shaping the Tu Clothing influencer programme, collaborating across Brand Planning, Brand Comms, Creative, Digital Marketing and CRM teams. Your expertise in social media strategy, trend‑setting content creation, and influencer outreach will drive brand engagement and community management at scale. What You’ll Do Support the Influencer Lead in managing the Tu Clothing influencer programme. Collaborate with creators and influencers to publish content across social channels in line with brand strategy. Own the influencer calendar, coordinating content utilisation for paid media. Provide community management on influencer content while ensuring compliance with brand guidelines. Attend events, track and measure influencer activity, and conduct competitor analysis and reporting to optimise programme effectiveness. Stay current with social media trends and maintain strong relationships with digital media agencies. Who You Are You are a dynamic, creative professional with a deep understanding of social media and a passion for engaging with influencers and creators. You possess excellent project‑management skills, thrive in fast‑paced environments, and can manage multiple priorities while ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines and strategy. You enjoy staying on top of trends, make informed decisions regarding partnerships, and bring enthusiasm for fashion and retail. Essential Criteria Experience working with digital media, creative or influencer agencies. Experience with social media tools and platforms (e.g., Sprout). Experience in paid‑social marketing.
