This crucial role ensures our clients receive exceptional care. The role involves organising schedules based on clients' requested call times and care professional availability, as well as maintaining effective communication with staff, clients, families, and professionals.This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development within our expanding business, which is committed to providing superior home care throughout Slough, Maidenhead, Windsor and the surrounding areas.This role is currently a 90% service based role, you would be expected to cover care calls as required.What will you do?Producing weekly rotas and care scheduling to ensure adequate provision of careUndertake regular care visits including being available evening and weekends when neededDaily troubleshooting and problem solvingManaging staff absence, allocating calls, and cancelling care calls when necessaryAssisting in the training and induction of new team membersFacilitating Good Oaks in providing a continuous and reliable serviceWho are you?You’re a highly organised and efficient co-ordinator with a people focused approachYou’re a strong communicator with all types of people and ability to remain positiveYou are IT confident enabling effective scheduling, team contact and work planningYou’re highly reliable and able to foster a strong team ethos and keep morale highYou are growth focused and support continued development of yourself and the teamYou are dedicated with high energy levelsYou're willing to undertake a DBS check to work with vulnerable adultsWhat do we offer?37.5hours per week£25,000-£28,000Base salary or hourly/weekly rate range28 Holiday days offeredMileage coveredSupportive, professional and common-sense management and ongoing supportPaid induction training and continued training and development offeredBlue Light Card discount SchemePaid DBS check if requiredIf you are ambitious, possess a positive attitude, and are eager to advance your careerwithin our rapidly growing business, we would be delighted to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
