The role-holder will provide support in the delivery of marketing & BD initiatives including producing pitch materials and proposals, supporting RFP/RFI processes, and developing and executing client events.The Responsibilities:Draft high-quality pitch materials and proposals, ensuring consistency with firm messaging.Manage RFPs and RFIs, coordinating with firm departments for timely responses.Organise client events, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.Provide up-to-date marketing materials, such as experience lists and biographies.Keep pitch templates and practice descriptions current and accessible.Produce reports from databases, support research requests, and generate custom experience lists.Maintain lists, track opportunities, and record key relationships in the CRM system.Oversee directories submissions, including drafting and tracking deadlines.Collaborate with the Communications team on marketing strategies.Assist with activities to raise the firm’s profile, including content creation for various platforms.The Candidate:Minimum of 3 years in a law firm or professional services organization.Strong writing and editing abilities with attention to detail.Strong time and project management skills, able to prioritise effectively.Undergraduate degree required; legal degree or prior legal experience preferred.Please note: Due to the specific sectors we work in, only candidates with valid work experience in a Law Firm, Accountancy Firm, Management Consultancy, Property/Construction Firm, Financial Services Firm or a high profile relevant Association or Agency will be considered.
