We’re hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Manager who blends creativity with commercial discipline. You’ll drive digital performance across paid, owned, and earned channels, making sure Albert’s Schloss shows up with energy, relevance, and consistency. This role needs someone who can think strategically, is analytical, and deliver hands‑on. Key Responsibilities Digital Strategy & Execution Own and evolve the digital strategy across CRM, web, and paid mediaLead campaign planning for priority moments such as Oktoberfest and Christmas CRM & Audience Growth Own CRM strategy and execution using AtreemoBuild targeted email programmes to drive booking frequency and customer valueDevelop guest lifecycle journeys Performance Marketing Manage paid channels with agencies (Meta, Google, PMAX) to drive traffic, bookings, and revenueBuild structured test‑and‑learn activity; optimise ROI and CPAHold agencies to commercial and reporting expectations Digital Trading & Web Own website performance; continuously improve conversion, UX, and SEOManage event pages, booking flows, and menu updatesCollaborate with operations to improve guest experience pre‑visit Analytics & Insight Build and maintain dashboards that track channel and campaign performanceUse insight to inform decisions and improve future activityCommunicate how digital contributes to commercial outcomes Leadership & Collaboration Champion digital best practice across the businessSupport development of junior team membersWork closely with Senior Brand Manager, Ops, and Sales Skills & Experience Must‑Have 5+ years digital marketing experience, ideally in hospitality or leisureHands‑on CRM experience using AtreemoProven experience with GA4 (reporting, analysis, attribution)Proven track record in performance marketing across Meta + GoogleAgency management experience with commercial accountabilityStrong data literacy (reporting, attribution, funnel analysis)Experience planning and executing integrated, multi‑channel campaignsComfortable working at pace across multiple venues and stakeholders Nice‑to‑Have Preferred experience with Collins, Toggle, and Wireless Social What’s in it for you Competitive salary + bonus scheme of up to 30% per annum (paid quarterly)Pension schemeLoyalty bonus50% discount on food & drink at all Mission Mars venuesFree or discounted tickets to gigs and events at Albert HallWellbeing support & employee assistance programmesA vibrant, collaborative office culture with regular socials and eventsReal opportunities for growth in a fast‑growing, ambitious business You will hear back from us within 7 days of application.
