Role Overview: Our company is growing, and we have an excellent opportunity for Insulation Operatives to join our team working out of Bathgate As an Insulation Operative, you will be a key part of our in-house installation team, where you will be responsible for the removal and installation of Cavity Wall Insulation that we install for our clients, supporting a range of insulation measures across domestic/residential properties. What will you be doing? Working in teams of 2, you will be involved in the extraction and installation of new cavity wall insulation. Liaising with customers to explain installation process and ensure their expectations are met. Carry out pre and post work inspections and take any necessary action to resolve any highlighted issues. Ensure all work is installed in a safe manner and to a high standard by following best practice procedures set in place. Undertake any other reasonable task as required by the company. What Should You Have? Past experience as a Cavity Wall Insulation Operative would be an advantage, however not essential as full training can be provided. Ability to communicate effectively with work colleagues and clients alike. A strong focus on Health & Safety. A flexible approach to working hours. ACoP Certificate would also be an advantage, however we can provide you with full training if you do not hold this certificate.
