This positions us, and you, to be at the forefront of a rapidly growing and advancing organisation and industry.Responsibilities / Key dutiesPeople managementEnsuring all project delivery requirements are recorded correctly on the workflow systemMonitoring delivery dates and highlighting risks to deliveryMonitoring budgetsAttending work management meetingsLeadership and management skills.Ability to apply core disciplines such as leadership, motivation, prioritizing, planning and change managementPeople ManagementAble to enact core policies and procedures for people management related policiesCommunication SkillsExcellent verbal and written skills with the ability to manage conflicting relationships and adapt communication style relevant to the audienceData Analysis SkillsAbility to interpret data and drive improvementsProject Management skillsAbility to understand and interpret project plans.
