Were currently recruiting for an Onboarding Calculations Team Manager to join our Award Winning PRT business. As a Team Manager in the Onboarding Calculations team you will lead a high-performing group of Defined Benefit pension administrators. Youll play a key role in shaping operational delivery driving continuous improvement and supporting the onboarding of new schemes in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.This is a hybrid working opportunity which means you can work between your home and the office to find a work-life balance that works for you. What youll be doing:Leading coaching and developing a team of Onboarding Calculations ConsultantsCollaborating with senior leaders to shape strategy and enhance service deliveryOverseeing complex pension administration processes from quotation to settlementManaging operational readiness and scalability to support new business onboardingDriving process improvements while maintaining quality and complianceIdentifying and mitigating operational risks in collaboration with key stakeholdersAnalysing feedback to ensure customer expectations and outcomes are metManaging team performance in line with company policies and partnership principlesQualifications : Who were looking for:Pension qualification such as CII or PMI or demonstrable equivalent experienceStrong understanding of Defined Benefit pension schemes and benefit structuresExperience managing operational teams in insurance or financial servicesExcellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skillsProven ability to manage change and deliver continuous improvementStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to prioritise effectively and manage high volumes of workCommitment to delivering fair treatment and good outcomes for customersWhatever your role we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
