You'll engage directly with clients, oversee trainees, and use leading software platforms to deliver an efficient and modern service.Key Responsibilities include:Planning and project managing a portfolio of audit clientsLeading a variety of audit assignments from planning to completionPreparing statutory accounts for limited companiesTracking job progress, budgets, and billing targetsBuilding positive client relationships and ensuring queries are resolved quicklyEnsuring work is completed accurately, on time, and to high standardsUsing software such as IRIS, Sage, Xero, and QuickBooksAssisting and mentoring junior staff and traineesThe Successful ApplicantA successful Audit Senior will have:ACA/ACCA qualification (newly qualified or experienced)Minimum 3 years' experience within a practice environmentSolid understanding of UK audit regulationsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsConfidence advising and recommending solutions to clientsCommercial acumen and proven track record in audit deliveryFull UK driving licenceWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary of £36,000 - £38,000 (DOE)Flexible working (minimum 3 office days)36 days annual leave including Bank Holidays and Christmas closure5% employer pension contribution with salary sacrifice optionsLife assurance coverEnhanced maternity, paternity, and sick pay policiesOption to buy/sell up to 5 days holidayEmployee assistance programme (mental health, legal, medical support)Paid volunteer time and annual charitable donationsLong service rewards with enhanced holidays and pension contributionsCareer progression support #J-18808-Ljbffr
