We are looking for an ambitious and experienced senior leader to lead our comprehensive recovery and transformation programme. As Director for Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in Dudley Council’s comprehensive recovery and transformation programme. You will drive and lead organisational transformation, maximising the use of technology and automation, and cultivating a high‑performance culture focused on continuous improvement, efficiency, and improved customer experience and choice. You will lead the Council Improvement Programme, implement the new operating model, and ensure all transformation workstreams have clear deliverables to modernise service delivery. You will champion evidence‑based decision‑making, robust financial management and model effective leadership behaviours. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the long‑term strategy of the Council, drive innovation, and make a lasting impact on the future of our borough. In this role, you will work collaboratively with other leaders to ensure the prosperity and well‑being of Dudley’s communities.
