QualificationsA proven background of providing administrative or project support to managers or teams.A commitment to excellent standards of customer care.Good IT skills (MS Office and databases).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organisational skills.Accuracy and attention to detail.Experience of working in housing, neighbourhood management, or local authority/registered provider and an understanding of social housing services and residents’ needs are desirable.
