Community Staff Nurse – Ross On Wye DN Team 2 x 30hr posts available; 1 x 37hr post available. The Ross‑On‑wye District Nursing Team is a supportive and dedicated group providing care and support to patients in their own homes, working closely with other interdisciplinary teams and providing a wound clinic service at the Community Hospital. The Ross‑On‑wye District Nursing Team are a very supportive and dedicated team, providing care and support to patients in their own homes. We work closely with Golden Valley DN Team and often collaborate with GP’s, palliative care nurses, therapy teams, and advanced clinical practitioners. We also provide a wound clinic service.
