We are currently unable to offer visa sponsorship or relocation assistance for this role.Job PurposeAn experienced Manufacturing Engineer with practice of developing and implementing New Products and general business improvements to maximise production, profitability and customer service within an Aerospace manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable history working as a manufacturing engineer, ideally in an Aerospace environment or other regulated industry as well as excellent communication skills. The role requires a self motivated individual who is able to work both in a team, but also on a sole project and can make effective decisions to maximise production effectiveness.Key ResponsibilitiesCompile Work Instructions and TravellersCreate Process Flow PlansSupport production operationsTrain operators on new processesTake part in NCR & MRB activitiesEnsure close out of relevant RCCA, supporting productionReview SpecificationsTo support the Engineering Manager in various tasksOther duties as requiredBehavioural CompetenciesDetailed orientated.Hardworking, enthusiastic, flexible, team player who is also able to use their own initiative & is a self starter.Strong communicator.Wellbeing and Health & Safety conscious.Willing to work within the guidelines set out in the Teledyne CML Composites Works Procedure Manual and Quality Procedure Manual.Health and SafetyContributes to risk assessments and safe working practices.Complies with all safety policies and procedures whilst actively participating in the efforts to create and maintain a zero harm work place culture.Challenges non-compliant employees on safety policies and procedures.
