Support Worker role at Autism Unlimited. We are looking for a male Support Worker to join our team in Southbourne, on a full time basis. You’ll be supporting seven residents — three women and four men — each living independently in their own self-contained flats. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact while being part of a friendly, dedicated team. Please note: Autism Unlimited does not provide visa sponsorship. To be considered for this role you must hold a full UK driving licence; access to your own vehicle is not essential. Base pay range This range is provided by Autism Unlimited. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Responsibilities As a Support Worker, you’ll provide day‑to‑day support tailored to the needs of each resident who may have Autism, ADHD, or other associated learning needs. Your support will help them build confidence and essential life skills. Typical tasks include: Helping with daily routines such as food preparation, shopping, personal care and administering medication. Accompanying residents to community activities, including day trips into the forest, workshops, clubs, local cafés or watching football at the Brewhouse. Facilitating independent living and encouraging participation in personal interests. Shift details Hours: Between 7am – 10pm, Monday – Sunday, with alternate weekends and sleep‑ins (sleep‑ins provide additional pay).
