The ideal person will have previous experience of working within an office; demonstrating an understanding and knowledge of modern cloud based computer systems (e.g. Google Drive), whilst also demonstrating good administrative capabilities. The successful person will be able to deal with enquiries on a daily basis, working under pressure and as part of a small team. You will need to demonstrate an ability to learn and implement new information quickly. This role will involve using modern cloud based systems and navigating a computer so please only apply if you are confident is using Google Docs and Sheets – which are very similar to Microsoft Word and Excel. At Custom Heat we stick to what we do best, delivering a first class job and service that gives customers peace of mind every time. Be fully competent on a computer and familiar with Google Drive, Docs & Sheets. Have excellent communication skills, face to face, by email and telephone. Be reliable and punctual. Be able to work from direction but also using their own initiative. Have previous experience in customer service and showcase excellent customer service skills. The role will involve: Dealing with engineer & customer requests in a fast paced environment. Answering the phone quickly and efficiently and dealing with customers in a confident and professional manner. Having confidence in answering and making large numbers of phone calls to book, move or cancel appointments. Planning engineers diary’s and working out the most efficient routes based on engineer location and customer addresses.Dealing with incoming and outgoing plumbing and heating parts.The generation and dissemination of quotations, sales orders, and invoicing.General office duties such as filing, answering the telephone, responding to emails.
