Hunters 4 Staff are delighted to be assisting our client with seeking an experienced **OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR **to join the team.
The role of the office administrator will be varied and will include some of the following tasks:
- Assisting the management with adhoc tasks such as...
- Organising meetings and arranging catering for meetings/events
- Scheduling appointments
- Data entry, updating personnel records, databases including financial and legal information
- Managing inventory of office supplies and placing orders
- Collate and manage staff expenses
- Produce agendas and take minutes at meetings
- Manage social media profiles
- Dealing with incoming post
- Answering the phones
- Assisting with sales and marketing projects
This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for a role to fit in around childcare or perhaps someone who is looking to return to work and wants part time hours.
Our client is able to offer some flexibility with the hours of work and would consider 4 days per week or less hours over 5 days - ideally around 25 hours per week.
Ideally we are seeking someone who has own transport due to the location of our client.
**Salary**:
- Dependent upon experience
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week
**Salary**: £14,423.00-£16,025.00 per year
