London **My client is a leading international and award winning law firm who is looking to recruit a Reward & Benefits Analyst to join their wider HR team on a permanent basis.
The Reward & Benefits Analyst will be involved in a varied and exciting role, providing essential support to a number of the firms legal divisions, as well as across the wider generalist HR team.
This role would suit a Reward and/or Benefits Assistant/Coordinator looking for a step up.
The key duties will include:
- Being responsible for providing and presenting compensation related information and spreadsheets to the HR team and the wider business as well as running regular audits to ensure accuracy of data in the HR systems and relevant spreadsheets.
- Act as a point of contact for reward and benefit queries and provide collaborative support to all areas of the HR team as well as employees / partners on reward and HRIS matters.
- Supporting key annual reward processes including salary and bonus review, budgeting and benefit renewals, market research including survey completion.
- Assisting with the administration of the UK Flexible Benefits portal and dealing with queries on and requests related to compensation and HRIS.
- Working with the Senior Manager, the business and the wider team to analyse and understand the business reporting requirements and working to create and maintain a suite of reports that meets these needs.
The Reward & Benefits Analyst will ideally be CIPD qualified with previous HR or Reward Assistant level experience in a professional services firm, be confident using PC programmes and HR systems, show excellent attention to deal and sense of urgency towardstheir work. You will have solid data, reporting and analytical experience and be able to manipulate and present data for senior stakeholders.
