Succession planning necessitates a highly analytical individual to engage in this pivotal business partnering role. **Key Responsibilities** of the Reward Analyst
- Assist the Reward Director in the delivery of all aspects of incentive and reward programmes with specific focus on annual performance bonus for senior fee earners
- Preparation of monthly management information & KPIs for presentation to senior management
- Data & Operational analysis of global business performance
- Detailed modelling of key business metrics for senior client managers & stakeholders
- Development & improvement of global reporting, KPIs & analytical processes
- Conducting reward research / data analysis both internally and externally and to be able to present the results clearly and creatively
- Produce reports, dashboards and metrics to provide the wider HR function, the Executive Committee and the business with accurate insights
- Create and deliver the monthly, quarterly and ad hoc HR MI reports, inclusive of Gender and Ethnicity Pay Gap reporting

**Skills & Attributes** of the Reward Analyst
- Outstanding communication skills with the confidence to present to senior stakeholders
- An ability to learn quickly and respond to changing priorities
- Be adept at using complex Excel models (although this can be taught)
