**Soft Services Facilities Manager - Grays - Essex**

Permanent Job working for one of the worlds largest and most respected FM companies
- £33,000 per annum

**Purpose of role**to manage the soft FM services at a site in Grays Essex - you will be responsible for ensuring that soft service agreements and targets are consistently met - this will cover overseeing cleaning services, catering services,the on site shop and the maintenance of the grounds plus ordering new stock, budget control and recruitment of new soft services staff

**Essential applicant requirements**:

- Previous experience as a facilities manager in a soft services FM role
- Soft services FM experience - such as cleaning or catering or security etc
- Very good health and safety knowledge
- Management or supervisor experience
- Grays in Essex

**£33,000 per annum, Monday to Friday - Permanent, stable, full time job**
